One Way Alloy Fuel Non Return Check Valve.
Working pressure range: 0.2- 6 bar (0.30 psi - 87psi)
For fuel systems the idea of a check valve is to hold fuel rail pressure, lower the fuel system’s priming time, and help with hot starts. Maintaining the pressure during engine cooling helps to prevent vaporizing of the fuel in the rail, which reduces evaporative emissions and fires the car easier hot. Great for carburetor set ups!
Compatible: Suitable for use with water, petrol, diesel, oils, gasoline and other fluids excluding methanol which will damage the seals in the valve.
Great for fuel systems especially carburetor, diesel systems, great for water pressure pumps and galley pumps which are not self priming.
