Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alien Speed Parts Limited! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our products or this policy, please contact our customer service team at sales@alienspeed.co.nz

Returns

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Return Process: a. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. b. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant information. c. Wait for approval and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.

  2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable, and provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return policy.
