Alloy Weld-On Filler Neck with Cap Many Sizes

Here we have our range of weld on alloy filler caps. 

These filler caps are machined from 6061 aluminum alloy, they weld best with 4043 or 5356 filler rod.

The cap is anodized black and comes with a machined grove and rubber seal for pressured and unpressured systems. (remember to remove this when welding to avoid distortion of seal)

As per all our products these are high quality and as pictured we use these on our own car.

Good for radiator overflow canasters, oil expansion tanks, window washer spray tank, oil canaster tank, power steer tank, brake reservoir tanks, master cylinder reservoir tanks fuel cells and anything you need to add a filler neck to with screw cap that is alloy.
