The circle shaped Tsurikawa is a popular shape to have hanging / suspended off of your car whether it be on the inside of the car or on the outside on your tow hook at the rear or front.

The ring is made of PVC Plastic, and the strap is made of nylon-reinforced plastic.

These became popular in the hills of Japan after the drifters would steal them from the public trains and place them on the rear of their cars and scrape them along the ground in a measure of how low their cars were and in rebellion of society. They have since spread world wide as part of Japanese car culture.
